Common questions
The points widget does not show in my theme
In the theme editor, enable the Loyalty Connector app embed and add the blocks you need (account, badge, program, cart). Save and reload the storefront.
A customer did not receive points for an order
Points for an order are confirmed after the condition you chose in the program (for example, paid, fulfilled or fulfilled plus a few days). Until then they show as pending. Cancelled and refunded orders take the points back.
How do I end my subscription?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops through Shopify. Your program data is deleted after Shopify's data-removal request, as described in the privacy policy.
